The staff was very helpful and it was close to restaurants and shops (not within walking distance to a liquor store)

The only request I would have next time would to have a room that is not facing main street.

The rooms perfectly clean, updated with the French Press coffee and reading when and pull out bed. Knowledgeable and decent hotel employees all round. The location wonderful and excellent close to the waterfront.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast, particularly enjoying the fresh coffee from the in-room French press after a restful night, all complemented by the convenient location just two blocks from the waterfront for easy exploration.

We love the location, near the ocean, great shops and restaurants in close proximity. This was our first visit to the spa and it was really wonderful, great services, professional and friendly, qualified practitioners, ranks up there with the Four Seasons Spas. A bonus we weren't expecting but received a 20% off spa treatment coupon at check in. Bikes - we haven't utilized them yet but we hope to come back in the summer and explore the area further. Trellis is really a good restaurant. Great menu, staff, ambiance, we like to sit in the outside area. The beds are very comfortable, nice pillow top mattress. We have stayed in both a suite and a king room, both very nice.

Nothing comes to mind other than a pool would make it a near perfect hotel.

Wonderful and fairly clean hotel, the staff who served us were best, and it had amazing location to the waterfront of lake Washington. Booked a room with great views of the lake and downtown.

I enjoyed a nice anniversary getaway. The location was fantastic with numerous restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The room upgrade was a pleasant surprise, and it. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We'll definitely consider returning!

Couple's getaway, with a twist

We scored a huge upgrade to a fantastic room. On top of that, the staff left us a hand-written note for our anniversary, a nice touch.

It wasn't cheap, but still within reason for what we got.

The hotel staff were friendly and made for a welcoming environment. While the overall experience was enjoyable, the room was noisy, and I encountered issues with housekeeping. The cozy ambiance and convenient location made it a worthwhile visit.

The heathman hotel has a fantastic location, right in a vibrant area. There are many excellent restaurants and attractions that are easily accessible on foot. Our standard king room was comfortable, and it was a nice touch that the hotel is well-maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The convenience of location really stood out for us.
